New Alliance East
Nick Zampiello is a highly accomplished audio professional, known for his expertise in recording, mixing, and mastering. He holds a degree in music performance and sound recording from UMass Lowell, where his passion for synthesizers first took root. Immersing himself in the vibrant Boston music scene, Nick played in numerous bands and honed his craft at the original New Alliance studio in Fenway. His dedication to the art of sound led him to establish New Alliance East, where he continues to work on 150 to 200 projects annually, utilizing top-tier analog equipment.

Jess Baggia
Jess Baggia is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She is also the co-owner and manager of the gallery, where she curates the annual Synth-tember series. In addition to this, she writes and performs in multiple active projects such as This Bliss and The Shallows, showcasing her range as a songwriter and artist. She has released seven original records and has performed shows across New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New Orleans.

Since our founding in 1987 by drummer and visual artist Alvan Long, New Alliance has prioritized creatives by providing a comfortable recording environment featuring a live room with THREE iso-booths and a control room filled with some of the greatest pieces for shaping analog and digital — modern and vintage — sounds. Duncan Wilder Johnson is a multi-talented artist, known for his work as a photographer, videographer, documentary filmmaker, musician, writer, and spoken word artist. He runs DWJ Creative, offering photography and videography services for a wide range of clients, including Whole Foods Market, The Boston Red Sox, and many others. As a documentary filmmaker, he has created works such as "Leave Behind A Groove In The Earth" and "SIM Big 50".

William Frese
William Frese is a sculptor and draftsman known for creating abstract geometric drawings using traditional drafting tools at The Satellite Draw Space studio. He also transcribes his drawings onto wooden skateboards and offers limited edition prints. His work is displayed at his studio, The New Alliance Gallery, and in the greater Boston area and Maine.
